The RTM3 rotameter, also known as a ball flowmeter, is a medical device designed to precisely regulate and measure the flow of medical gas administered to the patient via the respiratory tract.
It connects directly to a wall-mounted pressurized gas source, either with a direct fitting or via a standardized rail mounting system.
For optimal use, the RTM3 must be paired with a humidifier, nebulizer, or an outlet nipple/olive, ensuring safe and appropriate gas delivery to the patient.
